Campground Rules

All campers and visitors to the Noosa Sea Scouts Campground (Badgers Wood) use equipment on site at their own risk. No liability will be accepted by Noosa Sea Scouts for any injury or loss, outside of our legal obligations.

All camping and accommodation fees are to be paid in advance.

We are not open for public camping from Tuesday to Thursday during school term time.

Check in is between 2 pm-5.30 pm, except by prior arrangement.

Campsites are to be kept in a clean and tidy state. Loud or unruly behaviour, violence, drug or alcohol abuse or loud lewd and offensive language will not be tolerated and will result in immediate eviction from the campground.

The use of illegal drugs will not be tolerated and will result in immediate eviction from the grounds without refund.

The campground is classed as an underage sporting venue and therefore it is a non-smoking area under Queensland legislation. Smoking is only permitted in the driveway at the entrance as signposted.

The use of fires is restricted to scout groups using the campfire circle for scouting activities.

Generators are not permitted for general camping.

Consideration should be given to our neighbours and fellow campers at all times. Noisy or disruptive activities are not permitted.

Camp kitchens are to be vacated by 9:30 pm.

Water is to be used conservatively for all purposes, the washing of cars vehicles is not permitted.

All campsites are non-powered (power may be made available for medical purposes by prior arrangement).

External power points may be used for recharging, no responsibility is accepted for any loss or damage.

Groups generating large quantities of waste will be required to dispose of the excess off-site.

Failure to comply with these rules or any reasonable request by Campground Caretakers or Noosa Sea Scouts Group may result in you being required to leave the grounds, no refund will be payable.

We're open to the public for camping. From $30 per site, per night for up to two adults. We only accept single axle vehicles. We only offer unpowered sites.
