Terms & Conditions – Camp Ground Bookings

Badger's Wood Noosa Sea Scouts Campground

Information and Terms & Conditions

About us

Our function is primarily the Noosa Sea Scouts Group. However we have a popular and spacious campground and bunkhouse which we make available to groups, families, travelers and community organisations at certain times. We are not a commercial business, all profits improve the onsite facilities.

We are a quiet, family friendly campground, not suitable for parties, or unruly behavior.

Location

Our address is 11 Eumundi Service Rd, Noosaville. This is accessed from the roundabout where Gympie Terrace, Hilton Terrace and Eumundi Noosa Rd meet. Look for the access point in front of the drycleaners, we are at the end on the right, behind the wooden gate.

Opening Times

Generally, we are open to the public from Friday to Monday inclusive during term-time and during Queensland school holidays. School/youth groups may use the grounds during term-time, subject to availability.

Arrival time is between 2pm and 7pm, unless by arrangement. Please phone the campground on 54730028 if you are running late.

The bunkhouse must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

We reserve the right to close without notice due to weather, health and safety reasons or other unforeseen circumstances.

Covid 19

We have a Covid19 Safety Plan. This is subject to change in line with government, local authority and Scouts Queensland laws, rules and guidelines. All persons entering the grounds but be aware of and comply with this plan. Failure to do so may result in all members of that travelling party being required
to leave the grounds, no refunds will be applied.

Indoor accommodation

We have a two-storey bunkhouse, accessed by stairs. The first floor sleeps 36 across four rooms (1x 8
bunk, 2 x 4 bunk, 1 x 20 bunk). Government regulations do not allow under 10s on the top bunk so a
maximum of 18 under 10s can be accommodated. The beds are properly formed mattresses with
covers. Sleeping bags/sheets and pillows are recommended. Mattresses may not be placed on the floor,
moved into different rooms or taken downstairs. *** PLEASE CHECK WITH US FOR CURRENT

bunks or a combination of both.
