- We require 28 days’ written notice by email to campground@noosa.scoutsqld.com.au quoting your booking reference number.
- Upon receipt and approval, a full refund will be provided, less a $10 admin fee to cover time and non-refundable costs such as merchant fees.
- Bookings that need to be cancelled with less than 28 days’ notice required will be refunded less 25% of the original full booking costs per week. i.e.:
- 24 days notice provided – Full refund less 25% of the original booking cost
- 18 days notice provided – Full refund less 50% of the booking cost
- 8 days notice provided – Full refund less 75% of the booking cost
- 6 days notice provided – No refund applicable
- No-shows will not be refunded and are dealt with per the above policy.
- In the case of a severe weather or storm warning as defined by the QLD Government Meteorology Department, a credit may be provided for the duration of a future stay. We do not provide refunds or credits in the event of rainy weather.
- Bookings placed by persons who have previously been asked to leave the campground due to breach of our policies
- If you make and pay for a subsequent booking at our campground and it is discovered that you have previously been asked to leave our campground due to a policy breach, then upon arrival, you will be refused entry and your booking will not be refunded.
