Campground Bookings Cancellation Policy

Like all campsites we have a cancellation policy which is as follows:

We require 28 days notice in writing by email to campground@noosa.scoutsqld.com.au quoting your booking reference number. Upon receipt and approval a full refund will be provided less a $10 admin fee to cover time and non refundable costs such as merchant fees.

Bookings that need to be cancelled with less than 28 days notice required will be refunded less 25% of the original full booking costs per week.

i.e.

24 days notice provided – Full refund less 25% of the original booking cost

18 days notice provided – Full refund less 50% of the booking cost

8 days notice provided – Full refund less 75% of the booking cost

6 days notice provided – No refund applicable

No shows will not be refunded and are dealt with in accordance with the above policy.

In the case of a severe weather or storm warning as defined by the QLD Government Meteorology Department a credit may be provided for the duration of a future stay. We do not provide refunds or credits in the event of rainy weather.
