Badgers Wood Camp Ground Information

Casual Short Stay Campers

Campground is available to the public generally from Friday to Monday nights and during school holidays. Wet conditions and large bookings with sole use can vary this (check Facebook page for updates).

Charge:

$12 per person per night (as of May 2018)

No Bookings

No Booking are taken for short stay camping. The office is open for registrations at 4pm and closed at 7pm. In peak times it is on a first comes basis as campsites can be limited.

Group and Long Stay Bookings

Scouts, Guides, schools, groups, clubs and families (large or long stay) can book our bunkhouse (minimum charge is 15 persons per night) and campgrounds.
The bunkhouse has a commercial kitchen and shares the ablution facilities with campers.
Prospective groups must identify if they desire sole use of the facilities, or exclusive use periods for showers, at the time of booking.
Fees: Badgers Wood aims to provide budget accommodation to provide for healthy outdoor recreation. Group rates available on request.

Boat Trailer Parking

Casual short to medium term is available. Parking is unsecured at the owner’s risk.

$10 per night, $50 per week (as of May 2018)
Bookings required in peak times.

‘ Elystan House’ Self Contained Timber Hall
Noosa Sea Scouts is currently renovating the Noosa Girl Guides Hall and is taking future bookings for the use of the hall on a casual or regular basis.
The hall has a modern self-contained kitchen, wooden floors and will have stand-alone toilets and showers after the renovation.
The hall will be available for one-off meetings, group accommodation, classes and indoor activities (when not in use by the Noosa Sea Scout Group).

How to find us

Situated in Noosaville, 2 hours north of Brisbane. Coming from the south take the Bruce Highway until you come to the Eumundi Exit (from the North the Cooroy exit) and follow directions to Noosa.
We are situated between Gibson Rd, Noosa Eumundi Road, Gympie Terrace and Portside Court. for a map shows how to access the grounds via the service road off Noosa Eumundi Rd, entering at the Dry Cleaners just after the roundabout on Gympie Terrace. see Map
